All garments go through an inspection prior to cleaning to identify areas needing manual spot removal or minor repairs before the cleaning process begins. During this inspection our inspectors identify not only soiled areas that need manual spot removal they also try to identify delicate areas that could be damaged during the cleaning process. If delicate areas are located the garment will either be processed by hand or placed in a protective mesh bag before cleaning. After inspection each garment is tagged with a waterproof identification tag that identifies the customer name and order number. Once garments are tagged the garments needing manual spot removal are separated and treated by our professional dry cleaners. After spots are removed the garments are sent to either the laundry or dry cleaning process lines. Our laundry services consist of gentle washing in highest quality detergents and liquid sours to brighten and protect colors, pressing is completed with the latest technology laundry presses. The dry cleaning garments are cleaned in environmentally friendly non-hazardous dry cleaning solvent and conditioner in order to protect the color and integrity of the fabrics. Once the dry cleaning garments have been cleaned and conditioned they are inspected for stains again prior to pressing. Each dry cleaning garment is then hand pressed and steam finished.
